A boxed set of Kriegsmarine valve tools, many of the tools bear the eagle and swastika, box is reasonable condition albeit the bottom has fallen/rotted out and would need replacing (was only a plywood base originally). Makers details still visible. Something a little more interesting for the KM collector. Worth researching further.

A well made marble memorial stone or grave marker for 4 WW1 German infantry men. This is top quality and very heavy, how this came to be languishing in England I have no idea, though it has now been saved from the crusher. An interesting item of WW1 militaria.

Luftwaffe steel buckle, fine patina overall, minimal wear though the swastika has been rubbed almost out - possibly 'de-nazified' for postwar wear as many German servicemen did after the war - no maker markings, complete with its correct leather tab which is nicely marked 'H Aurich, Dresden, 1941'. Really nice Luftwaffe buckle.

GE0018
GE0018
Police alloy buckle, good condition overall, however it has had some damage to the swastika in the past, possibly an attempt at de-nazification, as it appears that the swastika has been punched 'out' into a visually fuller position. Buckle maker marked GGL.

A very scarce surviving SS ‘Wolchow’ stick in excellent solid condition and approx 36 inches in length. These hand-carved sticks get their name after the Wolchow region of Russia, where heavy fighting was experienced by the German forces, especially the SS divisions. Throughout the eastern campaign these sticks were carved by the German supporters and were given as tokens of friendship to the German soldiers. This particular stick is of the SS style normally attributed to the SS-Viking Regiment with the horse head, typical of ancient Viking ships design. Winding around the stick is a snake with its tongue out. The top section has carved the words ‘Djemjansk 1941-42 43 Rusland’. The circle, where the runes are to be found, has been de-nazified, sadly this was quite a common occurrence with the SS sticks. In Brian L. Davis’ book, German Army Uniforms (p174), there is a picture of an officer who carries a 'wolchow' stick. The picture caption states that the 'Wolchowstuck' is carved to commemorate the particular unit or campaign that the officer would have been involved in. These sticks seldom show up today and they are always considered a premium trophy of the intense fighting that raged on the eastern front. A very scarce and desirable piece of SS history.

Veteran's commerative stein, possibly WW1 or between the wars. Metal top/cap with an artillery field gun to top. Shown to a field artillery regiment, the motif seems to suggest a '2' ~ the red divisional sign has a yellow grenade burst over the II numerals. An excellent piece in general though the military scenes transfer appears to have 'run' as the images are streaked, possibly a manufacturing fault though this does not detract from the overall visual aspect. Complete and undamaged other than the described streaked image. A nice beer stein.
