I am happy to accept paypal, please contact me for details. Please note that I charge 5% of total to cover paypal charges. Any item ordered will be reserved for a period of seven days.  A lay away scheme can be accepted on agreement. I can, if requested email photographs of any item. I try to make my descriptions as accurate as possible.  So do please feel free to ask any questions.  I will try to reply as soon as I can. Email or use the contact form

Guarantee

All items on this list are guaranteed original manufacture to their time period, unless otherwise stated.  A full guarantee cannot be given to medal ribbons, as many were updated or renewed when grubby by veterans and/or their families.  I will refund the full cash price of any item, or issue a credit note if required, providing that the item is returned within 7 days (UK, elsewhere by agreement) of receipt.  I do ask for an immediate telephone call if you are dissatisfied with any item for what ever reason and intend to return such.  With returned items, a letter of explanation is requested …please note, “a dealer said it was wrong” is not acceptable to me, unless you say who it is, provide their contact details and standing within the collecting fraternity.  They will of course be happy to confirm their thoughts in writing.

All returned pieces are to be in the same condition as despatched and the actual piece sent ... yes it has actually happened! Postage costs will be deducted.

Any item arriving damaged must be notified immediately, please photograph the packaging, the damaged piece etc. I will instruct what to do next.

General Comments & Points

The terms 'Gold & Silver' are used to describe finish, look or grade of award, it does not constitute or imply the nature of the metal content of the said item.

Postal charges:-

Please note that my preferred post method is by Special Delivery, as this provides protected/insured traceable mail. For your own protection I strongly advise the use of the Special Delivery service. For outside the UK I use the International Signed For service.

Special Delivery:- please add £5.00, compensation up to £250.00.
Recorded Delivery:- please add £3.60, compensation up to £32.00.

The above postage also covers packing materials, envelopes etc. Larger and heavier items may cost more than the above P&P rates, I will advise accordingly and some items may have to be sent by courier, again, I will advise costs but as an idea, up to 10 kg is about £18.00 and up to 30 kg is about £38.00.
